Nestled in the heart of a bustling metropolis, the George Club stands as a testament to timeless elegance fused with modern convenience.

The lifestyle embraced by London’s membership clubs is characteristic of the city, and among these, The Birley Clubs, led by Richard Caring and Co-Executive Chairwoman Patricia Caring, stand out as arguably the most renowned. While the 2018 transformation and relaunch of Annabel’s created a significant buzz, the highly anticipated reopening of the new George club in June has been the talk of the town. Equally impressive is the wide-ranging collection of works by David Hockney along with an enormous sculptural mural of a hound’s face created by artist Jill Berelowitz.

George Club has always emphasized its connection to heritage and culture, offering a more relaxed atmosphere compared to its fellow clubs within the Birley family. After closing its doors in November 2021, George club has undergone a major renovation, with a notable elevation of its original interiors and a merging of traditional aesthetics with contemporary elegance. The club now boasts vibrant and artistic accents, and notable features include the Hound Bar and Mayfair’s most expansive terrace, making it the perfect spot for alfresco dining until 1 am.

Intecho’s work on this project included the design and implementation of full lighting controls, elevating the customer experience from dawn to dusk and enhancing the experience for diners.
