Our relationship with Motel One is a testament to the quality and consistency of our project delivery, starting with Motel One London, the brand’s first UK hotel.
As a hotel known for its design, it was important to highlight the interior features, as well as create the perfect internal ambiance for visitors and staff alike. By collaborating with the project team at the early planning stages, we delivered smart lighting controls for internal areas, front of house and the external façade, including signage. The system also features emergency and environmental alarms with local and remote access. This not only helps Motel One be more energy and operationally efficient, but also helps the team to deliver a memorable guest experience, giving peace of mind to those working and staying in the hotel.
We have now completed 7 Motel One projects across the UK, including the latest at St Peter’s Square in Manchester.
