One of our biggest projects to date, we provided St James Quarter with an innovative smart lighting solution. For a centre of this scale, it was key to maximise the functionality of the building controls to ensure energy was being utilised efficiently in order to reduce running costs. It was also important to support the shopping destination’s brand vision and help bring the vibrant destination to life with our smart lighting capabilities.

Utilising KNX, DALI and WAGO, we were able to fully integrate the lighting solution into the wider Building Management System (BMS), ensuring that the centre is as functional and robust as it is visually pleasing.

We also provide the shopping destination with ongoing support to ensure the system continues to operate seamlessly.
