Intecho have served the Alderhey Childrens Health Park since 2018. Providing onsite and same day reactive support in addition to regular planned and preventative maintenance.
When the site team need assistance, Intecho are always available to help. Our first call was related to critical infrastructure failure which we were able to turn around in a very short time and build on the site team’s knowledge by providing various stages of training from beginner to advanced.

Intecho have also been on a dedicated project specific program to record all DALI data and addressing information to greatly improve and streamline the efficiency in supporting the system, both for the site’s FM incumbent and for ourselves to provide exceptional remote support.
The scope of the system sees over 100 lighting control panels operating over 10,000 lights sitewide, operating in all areas from car parks to critical areas including in patient wards, intensive care, operating theatres and so the importance to maintain uptime is non-negotiable.
