Lost Property – Intecho working to bring an exciting new hotel to Central London

Curio Collection by Hilton is expanding its portfolio in London by opening Lost Property, a unique, design centric hotel which is influenced by its historic surroundings

The hotel will be situated in the Grade II listed Creed Court building in Ludgate Hill, and features stunning views of St Paul’s Cathedral, which is situated just 100 metres away – making this an attractive location for both business travellers and tourists alike.

The hotel aims to offer avid explorers an eclectic escape, through interesting features and commissioned artwork which references London’s rich history – particularly in fashion, industry, and transport.

The rooms were designed by interior designer Rani Ahluwalia, creative director of Key Interior and Designs. In an interview with Business Traveller, Ahluwalia said:

“I’m delighted to finally reveal the inside of this beautiful new hotel. Over the last two years, we sought to create a hotel with its own personality; an elegant, modern space combined with a sophisticated and comfortable finish.”

Dominvs Group is the developer for the project, and once completed, the hotel will become one of almost 50 hotels in the Curio Collection portfolio in Europe.

Lost Property will house 145 rooms spread across six floors. And for food lovers, the ground floor will feature a restaurant named Found, and Tattle, a barista café.

Intecho were brought into the project to create an ambience which accompanies the décor, enhances the atmosphere while helping to communicate the unique vision of the designers. This will be achieved through extensive internal and external lighting controls around the site.

Doors are set to open in April 2022. To find out more, visit lostpropertyhotel.com
