Intecho has completed work on a stunning world-class spa facility within the new London Syon Park Hotel, the first new build Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Europe. The state-of-the-art Spa offers a range of revolutionary health and beauty treatments as well as non-surgical procedures administered by the renowned Dr Alex Karidis MD FRCS.

To help create an environment conducive to relaxation, Intecho designed and supplied a comprehensive lighting control system using KNX and DALI. The system allows programmable lighting sequences that can be tailored to suit individual treatments. The controls are concealed within intuitive touch screens, discreetly integrated into the Spa’s luxurious interiors and offering therapists the ability to control lighting using simple touch screens and ‘one touch’ on/off settings.
Spa Director, Rachel Treble, commented “Lighting is an essential consideration when creating a truly restful spa environment. The system installed here in the Kallima Spa is simple to use with different programmable lighting scenes available to therapists at the touch of a button.”

The stunning five star luxury hotel is set within 200 acres of parkland and is destined to be the leisure and business hotel of choice for the world’s most discerning clientele. For more information on Kallima Spa and London Syon Park visit londonsyonpark.com

Intelligence by Evolution

Chameleon (Cha-me-le-on): Many types of chameleon are able to change the colour of their skin as an expression of their physiological condition, as a social indicator to other chameleons and as a camouflage device. Colour change is brought about by stimuli such as light, temperature, and emotion.

Intelligent Building Technologies: Ever developing technology allows us to automate the control of a building - to make it intelligent to the requirements of its inhabitants. Well constructed design and cutting-edge technology are combined by Intecho to create intuitive spaces that respond to changes in light, temperature and to your every need.
